Quooker Technographics, Software Purchases, AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Quooker and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 550 Quooker employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Quooker has purchased the following applications: RTI Blockchain for Blockchain Platform in 2025, Microsoft 365 for Collaboration in 2019, Exact Synergy for Document Management in 2013 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Quooker is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with RTI Blockchain , Microsoft , Salesforce or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Quooker revenues, which have grown to $120.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Quooker intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

| RTI Blockchain | Legacy | RTI Blockchain | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2025 | 2025 |
In 2025, Quooker implemented RTI Blockchain, a Blockchain Platform, to digitize and streamline management of reusable crates and bins across its supply chain in the Netherlands. The implementation centralizes container identity and transactional history on a permissioned ledger to improve visibility for inbound, replenishment and outbound teams.
RTI Blockchain was configured to register container identities, record movements and enable real time container request workflows by suppliers. The deployment uses role based access controls and immutable on chain transaction records to support operational workflows and to reduce paper based processes within warehouse and procurement functions.
Operational coverage is focused on Quooker operations in the Netherlands, and suppliers are enabled to view and request containers in real time through the RTI Blockchain interface, shifting request handling from manual paperwork to digital requests. Quooker plans an ERP and WMS integration planned for February 2026 to further automate replenishment and settlement flows between on chain events and back office systems.
Governance was organized around supply chain and procurement stakeholders who manage access, transaction validation and lifecycle rules for reusable assets, with process changes to inbound, replenishment and outbound workflows to embed on chain events into operational routines. The project has reduced manual paperwork and costs as reported, and the planned ERP and WMS integration is positioned to extend automation and control of container flows.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Quooker implemented Microsoft 365 as a Collaboration platform for its Netherlands-based manufacturing organization. The deployment was provisioned for the 550 employee company and public website assets indicate Microsoft 365 is used on their website. The implementation intent centers on enterprise productivity and external facing Office 365 service patterns.
The Microsoft 365 rollout focused on core Collaboration capabilities, including standard Exchange Online email and calendaring, SharePoint Online based document and intranet management, OneDrive for Business file sync, and Microsoft Teams for real time collaboration and meetings. Configuration work would align with Office client provisioning and cloud mailbox management, plus SharePoint information architecture to support product, marketing, and corporate content workflows. These functional modules establish a cohesive Collaboration layer supporting knowledge sharing and internal communications.
No named third party integrations are documented in public sources, however the deployment model for Microsoft 365 typically relies on centralized tenant administration and Azure Active Directory identity and access management for user provisioning and single sign on. Governance practices for a Collaboration rollout of this type commonly include tenant governance policies, SharePoint site lifecycle controls, and Teams naming and membership standards to manage information sprawl. The implementation positions Microsoft 365 as the primary Collaboration application for Quooker, aligning email, document management, and teamwork infrastructure under a single vendor platform.

| Exact Software | Legacy | Exact Synergy | Document Management | Content Management | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 Quooker implemented Exact Synergy as its Document Management platform. The deployment centralized document control and revision management to support the manufacturer’s shift from localized processes to uniform cross border operations across its growing international sales footprint.
Exact Synergy was configured to manage revision control, document driven bills of materials linked to engineering task packages, and approval workflows that feed MRP, production planning, purchase order generation, inventory positions and financial settlement. The implementation embedded innovation management into Exact Synergy so R&D could create bills of materials from PDM task packages and trace revisions as part of controlled engineering change processes.
Integrations were established with Quooker’s PDM system and a color palette of specialist systems, enabling exchange of master data between the Document Management layer and supply chain, sales support and back office applications. Distribution execution and accounting across multiple countries were operated through Exact, providing consistent transactional processing from head office production to regional back offices and dealer channels.
Governance emphasized standardized workflows, uniform master data and centralized change control so teams could scale order processing and production planning without process fragmentation. Quooker continues to upgrade modules within Exact Synergy for MRP and production methods, maintaining the system as the operational backbone for production, purchasing, sales order processing and R&D documentation control.
