MYOB Legacy MYOB Exo ERP Financial ERP Financial Management Acacia Consulting 2021 2021
In 2021, Koshi Sushi implemented MYOB Exo as its ERP Financial system to unify invoicing, accounting and production workflows across its manufacturing and distribution operations in Victoria, Canberra and New South Wales. The implementation targeted a packaged sushi manufacturer that operates a semi automated production line producing high daily volumes and servicing roughly 400 active accounts, and it was driven by the need to consolidate item, ingredient and product data for production planning and financial control. MYOB Exo was configured to provide core financials, order management and production reporting capabilities, and Acacia Consulting led the deployment and technical customizations. Acacia adapted Exo to consolidate the bill of materials and ingredient master data, to provision Order Templates for each customer by delivery day, and to generate production reports that list ingredient quantities and packaging instructions, enabling last minute order changes to be flowed into production schedules. The integration scope expressly connected invoicing, accounting and production workflows so that order templates drive production runs and financial transactions, addressing prior double entry and reporting gaps that had relied on a basic accounting package and an Access database. Operational coverage focuses on production, distribution and finance functions, with governance delivered through Acacia Consulting led configuration, template management and production report orchestration to centralize item masters and supply chain driven invoicing within MYOB Exo.
