In 2025, Raiffeisen Bank dd Bosnia-Herzegovina implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform for retail banking. The go-live establishes Temenos T24 as the bank’s primary core solution supporting retail account servicing and current account operations for approximately 500,000 customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The deployment was executed as a cloud-native, scalable implementation hosted on Red Hat OpenShift hybrid cloud, leveraging Temenos’ API-based architecture for modular integration and faster time to market. Temenos T24 was configured to deliver comprehensive core functionality typical of Core Banking platforms, including retail account processing, transaction posting, and platform-level API services to enable downstream orchestration and product launch workflows.
Operational coverage spans retail, corporate and SME segments within the bank’s Bosnian network, and the Temenos Core implementation aligns the country unit with the Temenos core already in use across other Raiffeisen Bank International markets such as Kosovo, Slovakia and Poland. The scope focused on migrating current account operations onto the Temenos T24 core to standardize core processing and support future capability additions across the footprint.
Governance and delivery combined vendor and partner collaboration, with Temenos working alongside delivery partner Tech Mahindra and Raiffeisen Bank’s own certified specialist team who were accredited on Temenos solutions. The project was positioned to increase operational efficiency, enhance customer experience and future-proof the bank’s operations, while enabling phased migration of additional capabilities over time.

In 2019 Raiffeisenbank implemented Hotjar on its public website in Bosnia and Herzegovina, deploying the application as part of its Customer Experience tooling to capture web user behavior for digital customer engagement. The Hotjar deployment is focused on session replays, heatmaps, on-page feedback widgets, and funnel analysis capabilities that inform UX and conversion workflows across the bank's retail web estate.
Configuration and instrumentation were executed through client-side tagging and page-level script inclusion, consistent with Customer Experience implementations, with likely sampling and consent controls to align with banking data protection requirements. Operational ownership is concentrated in digital channels and UX teams, with outputs intended to inform product, marketing, and web operations decisions rather than back-office banking systems.
