The Access Group Legacy Access Attache Accounts ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Ramsgate RSL Memorial Club implemented Access Attache Accounts to centralize its finance operations. The deployment targeted ERP Financial functions across the club group, consolidating administration across three sites following prior amalgamations and supporting roughly 80 staff serving about 8,000 members. The Access Attache Accounts implementation centralized core accounting ledgers, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management, and was configured to support 12 month financial forecasting covering trading, balance sheet and cash flow scenarios used for Board reporting. The deployment also supported integration points for inventory and point of sale workflows, and accommodated payroll and rostering feeds to streamline month end and payroll reconciliation processes. Integrations explicitly implemented connected Access Attache Accounts with Task Retail Manager for stock control and point of sale, and with Micropay and Riteq for payroll and rostering functionality. Operational scope included consolidation of administration across the amalgamated entities Lennox Head Bowls and Sports Club and Francis Drake Ramsgate RSL Memorial, management of the closure and de-amalgamation of one entity, and coordination of asset disposal activities for the old Francis Drake Bowling Club site while the financial system was rolled out. The system rollout was accompanied by governance and process restructuring, including implementation of contract management processes, worker safety and risk management systems, and the introduction of corrective action and facilities management databases to improve back-of-house and front-of-house operations. Implementation supported improved corporate governance and Board reporting, a management and staff restructure, tighter cash and stock controls, and reported savings estimated at approximately $800,000 per annum with progressive operating cost reductions of about $2 million across 2014 and 2015, alongside improved compliance and reduced cash and stock leakage.

The Access Group Legacy Access MicrOpay (ex Sage MicrOpay) Payroll HCM n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Ramsgate RSL Memorial Club implemented Access MicrOpay (ex Sage MicrOpay) as its Payroll system. The deployment supported a leisure and hospitality group operating Ramsgate RSL Memorial, Sir Francis Drake Bowling and Lennox Head Bowling and Sports clubs, covering roughly 100 employees and centralizing payroll administration across those club sites. The Access MicrOpay (ex Sage MicrOpay) implementation included core payroll modules such as employee master records, pay run processing, statutory tax and superannuation handling, and award interpretation consistent with Payroll category capabilities. Time and attendance and rostering workflows were introduced through Riteq, aligning shift data to payroll pay runs to support accurate wage calculation and roster driven labor costing. The payroll rollout was executed alongside a new attaché accounting system and the Riteq rostering solution, creating aligned operational flows between payroll, rostering and financial forecasting processes and supporting payroll accounting at month end. Operational coverage encompassed finance and HR functions and extended to site management teams at individual clubs, consolidating payroll administration into a centralized processing model. Governance changes accompanied the technical deployment, including a management and staff restructure and the creation and implementation of worker safety and risk management systems to improve OH&S compliance. The implementation record explicitly notes improved operational efficiency and a reduction in workplace incidents and resulting insurance costs during the period when these systems were introduced.

Golfgraffix Legacy Clubnet Member Management Membership Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Ramsgate RSL Memorial Club deployed Clubnet Member Management to centralize membership records, event bookings and function administration within its Membership Management environment. The implementation was positioned to support club-facing business functions including membership services, functions and events coordination, catering coordination and community group liaison. Clubnet Member Management was configured to manage member records and contact details, function and event bookings, run sheets, floor plans and invoicing for room hires. The system was also used to operate the Members NRL Tipping Competition through Clubnet, and to capture room hire and in-kind use information for reporting. Operational coverage included the Functions and Events team, Catering Manager workflows, the Sub Clubs and Sub Branch interactions, and monthly reporting to the Board on in-kind room hires. Calendar scheduling and activity coordination were maintained alongside Microsoft Outlook, ensuring bookings and staff schedules were kept synchronized with club communications. Governance and process changes were driven through day-to-day use by the Functions and Events Co-Ordinator between July 2015 and September 2017, who centralized run sheets, contractor coordination, event invoicing and advertising updates for POS terminals as part of the Clubnet-driven event workflow. Clubnet Member Management therefore served as the operational system of record for membership and events administration at the club during that period.
