Rollout emphasized standardized chart of accounts and reporting templates to ensure consistency across football operations, commercial activities and investor reporting. The club reported explicit operational outcomes from the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, including a 50% reduction in reporting time, an 80% reduction in payment processing times through invoice digitization and automated payments, a greater than 25% reduction in errors in reporting expenses and invoicing, and a 100% improvement in billing cycle time by automating manual tasks.
