Cashbook Legacy Cashbook UPI Wallets Expense Management ERP Financial Management n/a 2025 2025
In 2025 RDash implemented Cashbook UPI Wallets to manage daily site and field expenses across its construction operations. The deployment targeted site-level expense control for a professional services construction business headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, and centralized finance visibility for teams across multiple construction sites, aligning the company, Cashbook UPI Wallets, Expense Management and the finance and site operations functions. RDash configured Cashbook UPI Wallets to provision company-funded UPI payments for on-site teams, replacing ad hoc cash and personal UPI usage for urgent vendor and material payments. Each transaction is recorded instantly with a bill photo and location tag, enabling receipt capture and geotagged expense records that feed directly into site-level expense ledgers. The implementation leverages Cashbook UPI Wallets native expense capture and payment orchestration capabilities to enforce company-funded payment flows and improve real-time expense visibility. Operational coverage included site teams conducting construction work and the central finance team at headquarters, with workflows adjusted so frontline staff pay directly from company-funded UPI wallets. This change reduced the need for personal reimbursements and cut follow-ups for missing bills, simplifying expense tracking and reconciliation between site operations and finance. The RDash deployment demonstrates a focused Expense Management implementation that converts field payments into auditable, photo-backed transactions for management and finance.
