Operational scope covered multiple distribution centers and relocations, including work on Ocala, Springfield and Salt Lake distribution centers and ongoing operations in Jasper Indiana, supporting maintenance of more than 10,000 SKUs per facility and stewardship of a six million dollar inventory with 8 to 10 turns per year.
Governance and process changes were embedded into the Oracle NetSuite ERP program, with standard operating procedures, work flow charts, time studies, and a certified training program for managers supervisors and super users. Cycle counting was implemented to replace quarterly full physicals allowing monthly complete counts without operational shutdown, and inventory controls and 5S practices were extended to payroll time keeping and personnel processes for a roughly 25 person warehouse team, positioning the ERP as the central record for both financial and operational controls.
