Operational rollout included hands on post go live support and training for 40 users, and a sustained internal help desk covering manufacturing, subcontracting and costings. Sage Business Cloud X3 was used as the ERP Financial system to centralize transactional processing and reporting across finance, sales, supply chain and warehouse functions at the Newbury site.
