In 2022, Recoop Disaster Insurance deployed the Insurity Platform as a cloud-based customer administration platform in the United States, leveraging Insurity's Sure Personal Suite. The Insurity Platform implementation is recorded under the Insurance ERP category and went live in under four months, targeting a direct-to-consumer sales channel and online policy servicing.
The deployment configured customer administration capabilities for direct-to-consumer quoting, purchase, payment and self-service policy management, and instrumented automated underwriting and policy workflow automation to reduce manual touchpoints.
