The day to day use encompassed manual and automated interactions with spreadsheets, word processing, scheduling and presentation tools that estimators already used, and the solution supported processes that require proficiency with established estimating and scheduling software where experience with Hard Dollar and Primavera is considered an asset.
Governance was aligned to the Redpath Bidding Process, with formal review sessions led by senior estimating staff and structured handoffs to project management to preserve continuity between tender, construction and project completion.
