In 2018, Regency High School implemented Microsoft 365 to provide Collaboration capabilities for teaching staff, administrative teams and student-facing services. Microsoft 365 is surfaced on the school website for publishing school documents and stakeholder access, and the deployment follows a cloud-first, tenant-based model tied to the school domain. The Microsoft 365 platform supports standard Collaboration functions such as email and calendaring, shared document libraries, real-time co-authoring and cloud file storage, which are used to centralize lesson materials and administrative resources.
Operational scope focuses on staff and student workflows with IT administration managing account provisioning, role-based access, and content publishing controls that link internal collaboration spaces to the public website. The implementation configures Microsoft 365 collaboration features including SharePoint sites and OneDrive stores to host policies, learning resources and public documents, and establishes governance checkpoints for content publishing and access reviews. This approach positions Microsoft 365 as the primary Collaboration layer for internal coordination and outward-facing document delivery on the school website.

In 2022, Regency High School implemented Cloudflare CDN to serve its public website at https://www.regency.worcs.sch.uk/. The deployment uses the Content Delivery Network model to cache static assets at edge locations and to route HTTP and HTTPS traffic through Cloudflare's edge network for content delivery and routing. The scope of the implementation is the school website and associated web assets, impacting IT and communications functions responsible for site publishing and availability.
Configuration and operational workflows align with common Content Delivery Network patterns, including updating DNS records to point to Cloudflare, provisioning SSL TLS certificates at the edge, and defining caching and page rule policies to control asset lifecycles. Management and governance are conducted via the Cloudflare control plane for policy changes, certificate management, and traffic routing adjustments, while web staff maintain content and publication processes. Cloudflare CDN serves as the external delivery layer for Regency High School's public web content, centralizing web traffic orchestration and edge caching for the site.

In 2017, Regency High School in Worcestershire implemented Avigilon 360-Degree Fisheye and Panoramic IP Security Cameras in a targeted Video Security Cameras deployment. The project began with a trial installation of an Avigilon fisheye in a music classroom to cover multiple entrances and strengthen pupil and staff safeguarding.
The Avigilon 360-Degree Fisheye and Panoramic IP Security Cameras were configured to provide panoramic coverage from a single device, using fisheye dewarping for recorded and live views and improved low-light imaging to reduce blind spots. Functional capabilities implemented included continuous unified recording, playback, and single-camera multi-entrance monitoring consistent with classroom surveillance requirements.
Ecl-ips integrated the fisheye camera with an Avigilon HD appliance and Avigilon Control Center ACC to deliver unified recording and playback across the appliance and camera. Educonnect is documented as the school systems integrator, supporting procurement and on-site deployment coordination alongside Ecl-ips.
Rollout followed a trial then install sequence limited to the music classroom as the initial operational scope, with the configuration delivering wall-to-wall coverage and reducing the need for multiple conventional cameras. The implementation explicitly targeted safeguarding and monitoring workflows, consolidating recording and playback under Avigilon ACC and the Avigilon HD appliance to streamline classroom surveillance operations.
