Outcomes reported in the case study include sustained accuracy and timeliness in payroll calculations, social security and legal reporting over the last five years, an 18 percent decrease in payroll costs over eight years, client satisfaction above 80 percent since 2014, and a reduction in wage type complexity from 12,000 to 250 through process optimisation.
