Configuration efforts emphasized HRIS data model alignment, position and job structures, compliance settings for multi-state employment, business rule setup, and user role provisioning for HR and payroll administrators. The implementation used standard Core HR module configuration and testing to align system behavior with Restaurant Technologies payroll and HR policies. The project included extraction and migration of employee and payroll-relevant records from UKG Pro HCM to ADP Vantage HCM and a coordinated cutover for payroll and benefits administration across multiple US states. Data validation and reconciliation routines were executed during cutover to preserve payroll continuity and benefits eligibility. A three-person implementation team managed configuration, testing, and cutover activities and coordinated HR, payroll, and operational stakeholders to complete the transition. Governance controls included role-based access provisioning, cutover checklists, and stabilization support to ensure ongoing HR operations for the 750+ employee population.
