In 2021 Revinate implemented Greenhouse ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize external recruiting flows and on site application capture. The implementation is explicitly visible on Revinate's website where Greenhouse ATS hosts job listings and serves as the application intake channel for candidates, aligning online employer branding with the recruiting system.
The Greenhouse ATS deployment was configured to support standard applicant tracking modules including job requisition posting, candidate pipeline management, structured interview stages, offer management, and reporting dashboards. Configuration emphasis was on careers page integration and candidate experience, with Greenhouse ATS managing application forms and candidate records from initial submission through interview scheduling.
Operational scope covers Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions and extends to hiring managers across Revinate's professional services organization of approximately 480 employees. The implementation standardized hiring workflows through defined stages and role based permissions inside Greenhouse ATS, which centralizes candidate data for recruiting operations and hiring decision workflows.
Governance focused on workflow orchestration within the Applicant Tracking System and on establishing consistent interview and selection processes managed in Greenhouse ATS. The deployment links web sourced applicants directly into the ATS system, improving traceability of applicant origin and creating a single system of record for recruiting activities.

| ChaosSearch | Legacy | Chaos LakeDB | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Revinate deployed Chaos LakeDB from ChaosSearch to provide a centralized analytics store for log analytics and for product and operations insights. The implementation positioned Chaos LakeDB as a Data Warehouse layer to index and query high-volume event and log data while preserving the existing Kibana user experience for analysts and product teams.
Chaos LakeDB was configured to support continuous log ingestion, full text search and query servicing, and retention policy enforcement aligned to product and operations use cases. The deployment preserved the Kibana UX for end users, enabling existing dashboards and visualizations to remain in use without retraining, while shifting indexing and storage responsibilities to the lake-backed index.
Operational integration retained Kibana as the analytics front end, connecting current visualization workflows to Chaos LakeDB as the underlying Data Warehouse. The architecture removed manual re-index and shard management by consolidating indexing into the managed lake-backed index, and customer notes cite about 30 percent monthly cost savings compared to hosting ELK on EC2.
Governance emphasized reducing engineering operational toil by centralizing log analytics in Chaos LakeDB and standardizing ingestion pipelines and retention controls across product and operations teams. This implementation freed engineering cycles previously consumed by index and shard maintenance and eliminated re-index and shard toil according to the customer account.
