FIS Global Legacy SunGard SIGNiX MyDoX Digital Signing Content Management n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Revver (formerly eFileCabinet) integrated SunGard SIGNiX MyDoX from vendor FIS Global as its Digital Signing capability inside the Rubex document management environment. The integration made eSignature requests available directly from the Rubex interface, enabling users to send documents for legally binding signatures to any recipient with an email address and to track signature status within the same application. The implementation focused on in-app signature request workflows, email-based delivery, and secure signing sessions, aligned with Digital Signing functional modules such as signature request orchestration, audit trails, and signature validation. Rubex’s secure file-sharing and automated workflow features were reused to initiate signing events, route documents through approval steps, and retain signing metadata as part of document lifecycle management. Technically the deployment was executed as an embedded integration between Rubex and SunGard SIGNiX MyDoX, operating as an in-application signing service so users did not need a separate client to request or complete signatures. The operational scope covered Rubex users and document-centric workflows across the organization, integrating eSigning into storage, sharing, and automated approval processes. Governance and compliance were central to the rollout, SunGard SIGNiX MyDoX was positioned to provide enhanced data privacy protections and to support compliance with ESIGN, UETA, FINRA/SEC requirements, Digital Signature Standards from the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Title 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA. The integration was presented as enabling legally binding eSignatures to be incorporated into automated workflows and day-to-day approval processes, elevating eSignature to a core component of Revver’s document management operations.
