Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management OneKloudX 2018 2018
In 2018 Richmond Wellbeing implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP, an ERP Financial application. The rollout targeted the organization’s Australia operations, anchored at its Western Australia headquarters, and focused on centralizing finance and accounting for the 311-employee nonprofit. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment emphasized core financial management functionality typical of ERP Financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, procurement-to-pay workflows, and consolidated financial reporting. OneKloudX configured the system architecture and financial model, including chart of accounts design, multi-entity configurations to support nonprofit reporting structures, role-based permissioning, and automated journal and month-end processes. The implementation used Oracle NetSuite ERP as a cloud SaaS platform, leveraging hosted multi-tenant architecture for centralized financial controls and web-based access across sites in Australia. OneKloudX executed technical configuration, data onboarding, and environment configuration to support ongoing financial close and reporting cadence, with extensible configuration for future integration points. Governance and process work included finance process standardization, establishment of access controls and segregation of duties, staged user training, and a controlled cutover approach across corporate finance and accounting teams. The project narrative centers on consolidating financial operations into Oracle NetSuite ERP and instituting finance governance supported by the OneKloudX implementation engagement.
