In 2019 Ricoh Poland implemented HRNest to replace paper based leave and delegation processes, deploying HRNest as an Absence and Leave Management solution for its Polish operations. The project began in mid 2019 and went live in July 2019.
Configuration centered on standard absence and leave workflows, including employee self service request submission, manager approval routing and absence planning capabilities aligned to Absence and Leave Management functionality. The implementation eliminated Excel based tracking and introduced mobile self service access for employees in Poland, centralizing leave records within HRNest.
Operational scope covered HR and administration functions across Ricoh Polska, with approvals and delegation workflows moved into the HRNest application. The rollout reduced manual HR and administration work and removed paper based tracking, with HRNest serving as the system of record for leave and delegation within the organization.
