Configuration work focused on collections workflow automation, high volume AR inbox handling, structured client follow up processes, and DSO management across current billings to accounts aged beyond 800 days.
Operational integrations documented in the environment include Elite 3E for billing data alignment, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Office for document management and record retention, Microsoft Teams for cross‑functional collaboration, and Excel for analytics and reconciliations. These integrations were used to align billing transactions, surface account exceptions for analyst research, and manage escalations with branch personnel nationwide.
Governance and operational coverage extended to branch teams and regional business development and delivery managers, with AR Analysts responsible for portfolio stewardship and daily posting and research workflows.
