Roc Capital expanded use of ATTOM Nexus as a self-service dataset catalog and delivery layer to support dataset discovery and scheduled delivery within those underwriting and analytics workflows. Roc Capital ATTOM Nexus Analytics and BI supports core lending business functions including underwriting, loan origination and risk management.
The deployment used ATTOM cloud delivery and DaaS to centralize property and public record content, with dataset discovery, cataloging and automated delivery routed into internal model pipelines and origination systems. ATTOM Nexus was used to expose dataset-level metadata and delivery options that streamline ingestion into machine learning model training and risk scoring processes.
