In 2022, ROC Ventures implemented Twistellar Sculptor CPQ, a Configure Price Quote (CPQ) application, together with Salesforce Sales Cloud to automate quoting for sponsorship and marketing-asset sales across the United States. The deployment targeted the organization’s sales workflows for sponsorships and marketing assets, centralizing quote configuration and approval processes within the CRM.
Twistellar acted as the implementer and completed the Twistellar Sculptor CPQ deployment in roughly two months, configuring product bundles, pricing rules and customized quote templates to accelerate approvals and reduce quoting errors. The implementation included automation of bundle configuration, rule-based pricing logic and template-driven quote generation to standardize outputs and shorten the quote-to-approval cycle.
The project integrated Sculptor CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud to operationalize quoting inside the CRM and align sales and marketing functions around governed pricing and bundled offerings. ROC Ventures reduced typical quote generation from 24 hours to about 30 minutes, delivering a 48x faster quoting process, and the rollout emphasized configured approval workflows and error reduction through template and rule enforcement.
