| IFS | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | IFS Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2024 | 2025 |
In 2024 Roke migrated from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to IFS Cloud ERP to centralize ERP Financial reporting and to remediate roles and permissions as part of a single program of work. The engagement concentrated on two named workstreams, Reporting & BI and Roles & Permissions, with Roke operating as a defence organization requiring SC clearance for Top Secret data access.
As Workstream Lead for Reporting & BI the implementation team gathered detailed reporting requirements from the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 environment and performed complex mapping exercises to align existing BI reports with IFS Cloud ERP processes. Out of the Box reports in IFS were assessed first, then the IFS internal Report Designer was used to amend or create reports where supported, while limitations in that tool led to a hybrid reporting approach.
Where Report Designer could not meet requirements the project implemented MS Power BI dashboards fed via dedicated integrations into an Operational Data Store ODS, the ODS being a SQL Server database used to stage IFS data for complex visualizations. Data extraction used a combination of IFS data loads and integration feeds into the ODS to enable more sophisticated Power BI models, preserving auditability for Legal & Regulatory and Business Critical reports.
At a governance level the program required solution architect engagement across Directors C-suite leaders and Subject Matter Experts, with facilitated workshops to make definitive decisions on report design and entitlement mapping. The Roles & Permissions stream produced an explicit mapping of SAP ECC roles and permissions into IFS Cloud ERP and tracking artefacts were managed through MS Project plans to meet project milestones and govern cutover activities.

| Jobtrain Solutions | Legacy | Jobtrain ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Roke implemented Jobtrain ATS, deploying Jobtrain ATS as their Applicant Tracking System to manage external hiring. Roke uses Jobtrain ATS on their public careers site recruitment.roke.co.uk to publish vacancies and capture candidate applications directly through the website. The deployment is used by Roke recruitment teams and hiring managers to surface open roles and intake applicants via the careers portal.
The implementation leverages common Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job requisition publishing, candidate application capture, candidate record management, workflow-driven screening, interview scheduling, and offer tracking. Jobtrain ATS was configured to act as the centralized applicant intake and tracking layer for Roke's recruitment function, centralizing recruiter workflows and applicant status updates while supporting application data capture for compliance and governance. Operational scope focuses on careers site integration and hiring process orchestration within Roke rather than on external system integrations.

Microsoft 365 provides Collaboration capabilities consistent with standard collaboration workflows, including Exchange Online mail, SharePoint-based intranet and document libraries, Teams for synchronous communication, and OneDrive for personal file storage. The deployment narrative suggests tenant-level configuration for governance, user provisioning, information architecture, and access controls to align collaboration tooling with departmental needs in engineering, research, and corporate functions. No named third-party integrations are documented in the provided source, therefore observed implementation signals are limited to on-site usage attribution and governance-focused configuration typical of Collaboration deployments.
