Governance was executed through the cross-functional implementation team, which coordinated requirements, configuration and rollout sequencing for the Epicor ERP and associated modules. The program used staged module alignment to sequence Connected Retailer, WMS, Merchandise Analytics and WebIM deployments, ensuring process alignment across merchandising, distribution and finance teams.
