| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, Rosetta Stone implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial system. The implementation targeted core back-office finance and operations functions across accounts payable and receivable, order management, fulfillment and HR, aligning Oracle E-Business Suite with Rosetta Stone business processes.
The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment included OM, AR, AP, ASO, HRMS and Oracle iStore modules, with PL/SQL packages developed to implement business logic in OM, AR, AP, ASO and HRMS. Teams built AP invoice creation and automated supplier onboarding flows inside Oracle, designed batch processes to automate employee creation in Oracle HRMS from Workday, and created multiple inbound and outbound EIBs for Workday synchronization.
Integration architecture centered on a Talend ESB built to handle license provisioning, customer data management, CRM systems and marketing email systems across sales channels such as RS Ecommerce, Amazon, Digital River, mobile storefronts and customer service applications. SOAP and REST services were created using Java/J2EE and NodeJs, many migrated to microservices packaged in Docker containers. Continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines were implemented using Atlassian Bamboo with Git/Stash, supported by build tooling including Ant, Maven and Gradle, and an automated system integration test suite was developed with Python to validate ESB and web service connectivity.
Program governance and delivery were led by a principal architect who built onsite and offshore teams to deliver projects and maintain integrations. The program included a major upgrade of Oracle E-Business Suite from 11i to R12, customizations to payment processing to integrate with Global Collect and PayPal including order exchange workflows, development of an APEX warehouse UI for serial scanning and localization, and significant data migration work into Salesforce and Workday including CRM object customization and deduplication. The Rosetta Stone Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial implementation thus spanned finance, HR, ecommerce, CRM and warehouse operations.

| Jobvite | Legacy | Jobvite | Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Rosetta Stone implemented Jobvite as its applicant tracking system on the company careers site. The deployment placed Jobvite in the Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System category to centralize job postings and candidate intake for a 1500 employee professional services organization headquartered in the United States.
Configuration emphasized core Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including requisition posting, configurable candidate pipelines, applicant screening, interview workflow management, and recruiter dashboards. Jobvite was set up to surface job listings on Rosetta Stone's public careers pages and to capture structured application data for recruiter review and hiring manager collaboration.
The implementation embedded Jobvite workflows directly into the public careers site, creating a seamless application flow and positioning Jobvite as the centralized candidate data store and workflow engine. The architecture followed a web facing careers site integration pattern common to modern ATS deployments, with Jobvite responsible for candidate lifecycle orchestration and pipeline management.
Operational governance was assigned to talent acquisition, with standardized recruiter and hiring manager workflows, pipeline governance, and role based access to support consistent selection processes. The narrative focuses on the system architecture, functional modules, and operational scope of Rosetta Stone's Jobvite Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System implementation.

| Sojern | Legacy | Sojern | Guest Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Rosetta Stone deployed Sojern on its website to establish site-level guest data capture and management. Sojern was implemented as the Guest Management application across rosettastone.com to instrument visitor sessions and support audience creation for marketing activities. The deployment scoped to the corporate public web properties, and the solution aligned with digital marketing and web analytics business functions.
Technically the implementation relied on a site-wide client-side tag and JavaScript snippet embedded across public pages, enabling session-level behavioral tracking, cookie-based audience segmentation, and the assembly of targeting audiences. Operational ownership and tag governance were centralized in the digital marketing and web analytics teams, which managed segmentation rules and audience exports to downstream campaign workflows. Configuration emphasis was on page-level instrumentation and audience definition rather than backend integration work.
