| Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics GP | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Royal Australasian implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to consolidate core accounting workflows under an ERP Financial platform. The deployment targeted finance and accounting functions and explicitly involved migrating from Microsoft Dynamics GP while integrating transactional feeds from Great Plains during a staged cutover.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation centered on standard ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts mapping and module alignment to classroom and membership revenue streams typical of education and professional association finance operations.
Architecture and integrations were executed to support coexistence during migration, with Business Central provisioned on the Microsoft platform and interfacing with the on premise Great Plains environment to synchronize historical transactions and open balances. Data migration and reconciliation processes were staged, with incremental extract transform and load activities to preserve transactional integrity while moving master records to the new application.
Governance included phased rollout planning, data validation and cutover controls, and workflow redesign for month end close and accounts payable approvals to reflect the new ERP Financial processes. Change management covered role based access adjustments and training for the finance team to operate within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

| ADP | Legacy | ADP PayForce | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Royal Australasian implemented ADP PayForce as a managed service to centralize Payroll operations. The College is a not-for-profit representing more than 7000 surgeons and 1300 surgical trainees and International Medical Graduates, it employs approximately 470 staff and uses ADP PayForce to process monthly and out of cycle payroll for more than 220 active payroll recipients on a monthly pay cycle.
ADP PayForce is operated under a managed service model where ADP executes core Payroll processing while the internal Payroll/HR Administrator maintains control over data accuracy, adjustments and run approvals. Functional coverage aligns with standard Payroll capabilities including pay cycle orchestration, statutory withholding management and payroll reporting, with operational ownership concentrated in the College payroll and HR function rather than in-house infrastructure. Governance centers on the Payroll/HR Administrator role to ensure accurate and efficient monthly and out of cycle payroll execution, and the deployment supports the Colleges broader educational and regional support activities in the Asia-Pacific area.
