In 2010, RSTO implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform. The implementation leveraged Oracle NetSuite ERP cloud native SaaS architecture to centralize finance and accounting for the United Kingdom based consumer packaged goods firm with approximately 50 employees. The initial scope concentrated on core financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and financial close automation, with inventory accounting configurations to align product costs to financial reporting.
Configuration work established a standardized chart of accounts, month end close workflows and role based access controls to enforce segregation of duties and approval routing. Operational coverage centered on finance and accounting business functions, supporting order to cash and procure to pay transaction flows within the ERP Financial system. Governance emphasized system driven period management and process standardization to create a single source of truth for statutory and management reporting.
