Serrala FinanceSuite was configured with core AP Automation capabilities including invoice capture and validation, invoice to pay workflows, configurable approval routing, exception management and payment orchestration. The deployment emphasized cash management workflows tied to short term financial dispositions, enabling finance users to coordinate current liquidity positions and to execute foreign exchange transactions consistent with treasury requirements.
The implementation integrated Serrala FinanceSuite with existing financial and treasury applications referenced by R+V, including Serrala CLT, MultiCash, Bloomberg and SAP FI, to route payment files, ingest market and FX data for liquidity decisions and post financial transactions to the general ledger. These interfaces supported both domestic and cross border payment flows and provided the connectivity required for bank payment approval chains and treasury reporting.
Operational ownership rested with treasury, payments and accounting teams, supported by insurance technology stakeholders who maintained the application and integrations.
