QuickHR Legacy QuickHR Core HR HCM n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Rxilient implemented QuickHR as its Core HR platform to centralize HR and administrative workflows. The 2022 deployment placed QuickHR at the center of HR and Admin operations for Rxilient's Singapore head office and regional personnel across Southeast Asia and MENA, supporting a headcount of roughly 70 employees. Rxilient QuickHR Core HR HR and Admin drove configuration decisions focused on multi-country payroll and benefits administration, recruitment orchestration, and compliance with local labor regulations. QuickHR was configured to support core functional modules common to Core HR deployments, including recruiting and talent acquisition workflows, onboarding and offboarding procedures, compensation and benefits administration, people performance management, and learning and development tracking. The implementation included formalization of HR policies and standard operating procedures, QA compliance training workflows, and role-based access to personnel records and performance data. QuickHR was used to operationalize recruitment expense monitoring and resource allocation tied to hiring plans. Operational ownership rested with an on-site Sr. Manager, HR and Admin who led day to day administration of QuickHR and acted as the HR Business Partner across functions. The platform supported administrative functions such as facilities and office operations coordination, and served as the primary system for maintaining compliance documentation and cross-border HR processes. Governance focused on embedding policy controls and SOP-driven approvals into Core HR processes, establishing protocols for training delivery and compliance tracking, and aligning compensation and benefits workflows across Singapore and other SEA jurisdictions. The rollout emphasized centralized process control and HR process standardization rather than integration with external systems.
