In 2022, S Hotels and Resorts Public Company deployed Revinate Marketing as its Marketing Automation solution to unify guest data and drive direct bookings across its portfolio of nearly 40 hotels, resorts, and investments spanning EMEA and APAC. The implementation was scoped to support both property marketing teams and the corporate digital marketing office, enabling coordinated campaign execution and centralized guest data access.
Revinate Marketing was configured as a central guest data repository with segmentation filters, campaign orchestration, and booking attribution capabilities. Individual properties were given the ability to create property level campaigns using targeted segments such as families or repeat guests, while the corporate team ran portfolio level campaigns that leveraged cross property guest history and preferences. The deployment included use cases for seasonal and festivity targeting as well as OTA win back workflows.
Operationally the system addressed data fragmentation from multiple property management systems by providing a single place to store and access guest profiles and preference attributes, while enabling campaign to booking tracking so marketing performance could be tied to direct revenue. The implementation covered marketing and frontline operations teams, and supported campaign reporting across EMEA and APAC properties without requiring expensive infrastructure upgrades.
Governance was organized to move away from mass marketing toward sensible segmentation, with property autonomy for local offers and centralized oversight for brand and portfolio campaigns. Results reported from the Revinate Marketing deployment included direct revenue of ฿20,712,927 which is 617,924 US dollars in the last six months, an average of ฿993,000 which is 29,629 US dollars in direct revenue per campaign, an average of 87 room nights per campaign, an average open rate of 27 percent, and an OTA win back campaign in the last six months that delivered 91 room nights and ฿845,000 which is 25,212 US dollars in revenue.
