Implementation focused on core HR processes, establishing a central employee record and unified organizational model to standardize workforce lifecycle management. The deployment configured reporting and analytics capabilities in Oracle Cloud HCM to provide consistent HR data and consolidated reporting across business units.
Architecturally the project used Oracle’s cloud SaaS tenancy to create a consistent data model and single source of truth for HR, enabling role based access and centralized administrative controls across geographic subsidiaries. The rollout addressed regional HR operating differences through configurable country setups and localizations inside the Core HR environment while maintaining a shared global configuration.
Governance changes accompanied the technical implementation, standardizing HR processes, approval workflows, and data governance to support cross subsidiary reporting and compliance.
