Sitecore Legacy Sitecore CMS Web Content Management Content Management n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Sage Group (The) PLC implemented Sitecore CMS. The Sitecore CMS deployment was positioned as the enterprise Web Content Management platform to support ecommerce architecture and high availability public websites for Sage. SAP Legacy SAP CRM CRM CRM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Sage Group (The) PLC deployed SAP CRM to manage leads and opportunities and to standardize front office customer engagement processes. The deployment targeted CRM capabilities across Web and traditional marketing, eCommerce, sales, subscriptions, customer service and support, contact center operations, and customer and channel partner portals. SAP CRM was configured to support leads and opportunities management and to interoperate with marketing automation workflows, with explicit design and systems work for Eloqua Marketing Automation integration.
