The integration used API Management patterns for authentication, payload transformation, and routing of alerts into SalesLoft UI components. Data governance emphasized alert relevance, frequency controls, and workflow filters to reduce noise for sellers. SalesLoft began the Meltwater Owler API integration in 2017 and reported a dramatic increase in reply rates and more efficient personalization as outcomes.
