In 2024, Samco Securities India implemented Xoxoday Plum to automate and rework its customer referral rewards program in India under the Employee Recognition and Rewards Management category. The deployment focused on marketing and consumer promotions workflows and was completed within one month.
Xoxoday Plum was configured to issue reward links through API based distribution and to enforce fraud detection rules within the referral lifecycle. The implementation included voucher lifecycle management to eliminate voucher wastage and program controls aligned to referral incentive policies. Configuration leveraged rewards cataloging, campaign setup, and automated redemption flows consistent with Employee Recognition and Rewards Management platforms.
Reward links were integrated into the customer referral workflow and marketing channels via API, enabling programmatic issuance and tracking of incentives. Operational coverage centered on Samco's marketing and promotions teams across India, with governance controls applied to ensure SEBI compliant referral incentives.
The Xoxoday Plum deployment produced reported outcomes including a reduction in cost per lead by 51.3%, ARPU growth of 107.5%, elimination of voucher wastage, and ensured SEBI compliance for referral incentives. Centralizing reward issuance and fraud controls shortened time to value for the referral program and standardized incentive workflows.
