These integrations link planning, work execution and formulation data to the AX financial ledger and inventory records, enabling end to end order to cash and procure to pay continuity across numerous businesses and operating models that make up the Samworth Group. Project governance was driven from a central architecture and solution ownership perspective, with the Solution Architect role coordinating configuration standards, master data governance and phased rollouts across business units. The Model Bakery program emphasized process standardization and controlled cutover sequencing to reconcile production and recipe workflows with the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP Financial framework.
