Infor Hospitality Management was configured to support simplified check splitting, merge functionality to combine guests from different tables, a repeat order function, item inactivation and touchscreen control, and the ability to create menu items across multiple revenue centers to reduce item duplication. Integrations were implemented between the POS layer and the Hotel Management System HMS to surface checked out status, package and stay dates, room details, and to permit charges to checked out rooms without front desk intervention. Operational coverage spans the gaming floor, food and beverage outlets, table service, and front desk workflows, aligning gaming operations, information technology, and guest services under the new application. Governance and process changes emphasized automation of reward redemption and streamlined guest interactions to reduce social contact, with operational intent to improve readability of POS folios and provide detailed HMS information at the point of sale.
