| Konami Gaming | Legacy | Konami SYNKROS | Casino Management System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
Sandia Resort & Casino implemented Konami SYNKROS in 2015 as its Casino Management System to centralize slot operations, player accounting, progressive management, and device monitoring across its Albuquerque property. Konami SYNKROS served as the core application for slot accounting, player tracking, and progressive configuration in the casino operations stack.
The deployment emphasized standard Casino Management System capabilities including player loyalty and account management, slot accounting and reporting, progressive fund visibility and distribution controls, EGM configuration management, and real time device monitoring. Configuration and testing workflows for EGM release were executed through SYNKROS, with configuration records used to verify readiness for play and to manage in house progressive funds.
Operationally Konami SYNKROS ran alongside a heterogeneous EGM estate that included class 2 and class 3 platforms from Konami, IGT, AGS and other vendors, and coexisted with adjacent applications such as Oracle Discover, IRIS, MEI Cashflow STS, Easitrax Soft Count, and Microsoft Office for financial reporting and cash handling. The environment included a maintained inventory of network biscuit connections and progressive linkage details for wide area and multi bank linked progressives to support floor topology and progressive integrity.
Governance and process changes focused on formalizing slot operations and testing procedures, coordinating configuration and release with gaming auditors, revenue auditors, gaming support analysts, and vendor field and remote technicians. Operational teams used SYNKROS for core casino functions while supplementing with Excel workbooks and VBA for technician scheduling, attendance tracking, and project coordination during installation, conversion, relocation, and removal of slot machines.

| Etix | Legacy | Etix Event Ticketing | Event Management | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Sandia Resort & Casino implemented Etix Event Ticketing as its Event Management platform. Sandia operates a 27,000 square foot ballroom and a 4,000 seat outdoor amphitheater in Albuquerque, and Etix Event Ticketing was deployed to support year round performances overseen by Jay Mortenson, the Players' Club Manager and Interim Marketing Director.
Etix Client Services and Training worked with Sandia to configure the web based Etix Event Ticketing system and bring it live within a few months, while providing hands on training for event programming and box office staff. Functional capabilities implemented include self service event creation and inventory visibility, customizable VIP seating configuration, web based point of sale enabling staff to sell tickets from a laptop, and built in anti fraud controls such as zip code radius filters, delayed print at home ticket delivery, and restricting delivery to will call for buyers located more than 250 miles from the venue.
Operational coverage centers on the resort's two primary event venues, with Jay and his team handling the majority of event setup and day to day ticketing operations. The deployment emphasized user enablement so that new sellers can be trained rapidly, and the Etix Client Services relationship provided a single point of contact for ongoing support and adjustments to event configurations.
Sandia reports that event creation moved from hours to minutes, training time to sell tickets dropped from weeks to hours with some staff trained in five minutes, and Etix Event Ticketing's anti fraud features helped eliminate duplicate tickets and reduce scalping on high demand shows. Governance shifted toward centralized programming ownership under Jay, enabling clearer inventory control and real time visibility into ticketing activity.
