In 2021, SANKYU implemented Zoom, deploying Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities directly on their public website. The deployment uses Zoom to surface live meeting and webinar access from sankyu.co.jp, enabling web-based audio and video interactions initiated from the company site.
The Zoom configuration emphasizes core conferencing capabilities typical of the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category, including scheduled meetings, webinar hosting, screen sharing, and cloud recording, with administrative controls and user management provisioned through corporate Zoom accounts. Embedded meeting access and web-facing join flows are configured to allow external participants to connect from the website without additional client onboarding.
Operational coverage centers on corporate communications and external client engagement workflows, with centralized administration and scheduling governance to manage access and meeting lifecycle. The implementation positions Zoom to support business functions such as logistics coordination and customer-facing communications through web-initiated conferencing, while site-level embedding ensures meetings are discoverable and accessible from sankyu.co.jp.

| Kewill | Legacy | Kewill Enterprise Forwarding | Freight Forwarding | SCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Sankyu implemented Kewill Enterprise Forwarding, a Kewill application in the Freight Forwarding category, to consolidate its forwarding operations. Sankyu selected Kewill after evaluating three options including in house development and a local software package, choosing the vendor to balance cost and expected results and to leverage customer derived functionality embedded in the product.
The implementation focused on standard forwarding functional capabilities within Kewill Enterprise Forwarding, including transaction processing, shipment handling, manifesting, and extraction of management information. Sankyu configured the system to capture transactional details such as quantities, number of items and cases handled, with the expectation that all operational data could be centralized for reporting and operational control.
Deployment converted independently implemented local office systems into a coordinated, unified information systems infrastructure, linking disparate local office systems into one surface for easier data retrieval. The rollout covered each local office and operation within Sankyu’s forwarding network, aligning processes and data flows under the single Kewill Enterprise Forwarding platform.
Governance and selection emphasized the software package approach, which Sankyu leadership expected would enable consolidated reporting and management visibility. Mr Suzuki observed that by using a software package disparate systems could be linked together to form "one complete surface from which data could be retrieved more easily," and that all data could be extracted and utilised as management information.
