Operational ownership and day to day support involved Information Systems teams in data architecture and systems analysis, Technology teams for access engineering, and Human Resources groups for benefits and job evaluation management, with functional engagement from Engineering and the Corporate Project Management Office. Governance and rollout were coordinated by the Corporate Project Management Office with IS and HR governance processes established to manage configuration changes, data stewardship, and ESS MSS adoption. The implementation emphasized alignment of HR processes to SAP HCM (HR) modules and governance through formal IS change controls and HR policy integration.
