In 2021, Satech Safety Technology Italy implemented Sinerbit Welp CRM, a CRM solution to consolidate pre- and post-sales processes across its Italy headquarters and branches in France and Germany. The deployment targeted centralizing customer records and improving regional sales visibility while supporting multi-language operations. The implementation configured multi-branch, multi-language CRM capabilities and deployed ticketing and offers add-ons, enabling unified handling of leads, opportunities, service tickets, and commercial proposals. Functional configuration emphasized customer master data, offer creation workflows, and post-sales ticket management aligned with standard CRM and sales force automation patterns. Sinerbit Welp CRM was integrated via a REST API to Epicor ERP to unify customer, offer and invoice data, creating a consistent data flow between CRM front-end processes and the ERP financial objects. The architecture established a centralized CRM instance with API-mediated synchronization, reducing data fragmentation across the Italy HQ and the France and Germany branches. Operational scope covered sales, back-office billing processes, and customer service teams across the three-country footprint, with workflows adjusted to consolidate pre-sales quoting and post-sales support. The project delivered multi-branch, multi-language CRM capabilities and ticketing and offers add-ons that streamlined back-office operations and sales visibility across regions.
