The deployment centralized common area maintenance reconciliations that had previously required multiple systems and manual data entry, unifying tenant lease data and operational workflows within Yardi Voyager.
Governance and process changes focused on centralizing budgeting and reconciliation processes into Voyager, shifting work order capture to mobile field workflows, and enabling tenants to submit and monitor maintenance requests via COMMERCIALCafé from desktop or mobile.
