Daily tasks included emailing next week service schedules to customers and ensuring information was passed between depots, workshop technicians and customer service, demonstrating operational coverage across customer service, workshop and depot functions. Process changes focused on standardizing intake and scheduling workflows within the Kerridge k8 ERP instance, centralizing job card creation and service scheduling as the authoritative operational record. Governance signals include documented requirements for signed ID and filed documents, structured handoffs between advisors and technicians, and formalized customer communication steps embedded in the system workflows.
