Operational coverage was scoped at group level across the three merged entities in Germany, bringing HR, payroll and facilities teams under a common application landscape. The implementation consolidated operational ownership of time and access data, improved cross company visibility, and reduced manual handoffs between HR and payroll functions. Governance and rollout followed a coordinated group schedule, completing a full production rollout in about six months, and governance is being extended to support further People Management module adoption and digital personnel file expansion. Reported outcomes include faster, more autonomous HR processes and greater transparency, which align with the planned phasing of VEDA Horizon People Management as the next Core HR capability.
