| SAP | Legacy | SAP Digital Manufacturing | Manufacturing Execution System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023 Schüco implemented SAP Digital Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Execution System to orchestrate production order execution, machine settings and inspection workflows across its configure to order manufacturing footprint. This implementation builds on 2022 activity where a Cloud MES was deployed at Schüco Interior Systems and Bosch Rexroth using SAP Digital Manufacturing together with SAP PPG to create a configurable manufacturing system for configure to order products.
The SAP Digital Manufacturing deployment concentrates on order orchestration and shop floor execution, with configuration capabilities that ensure each sales order configures the Bill of Materials and routing within S/4HANA and drives order specific machine settings and inspection plans. Functional capabilities implemented include order driven BOM and routing configuration, distribution of machine recipes and settings to production equipment, and execution level inspection management consistent with Manufacturing Execution System functionality.
Integrations are centered on S/4HANA and SAP PPG, with S/4HANA serving as the source of order configuration and routing while SAP Digital Manufacturing executes and enforces those instructions on the shop floor. The solution was deployed as a Cloud MES for Schüco Interior Systems and linked to SAP PPG to enable product and process governance across configure to order product flows.
Governance changes focused on embedding order specific configuration into production workflows, aligning order management and production engineering so that manufacturing parameters and inspection plans are generated at order creation. Process controls were adjusted to ensure inspection results and execution status are captured by SAP Digital Manufacturing and reconciled with S/4HANA order records, creating a tighter orchestration between planning, execution and quality functions.

In 2019, Schüco implemented Cisco Webex Meetings. Cisco Webex Meetings is embedded on the corporate website to provide Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities that support meeting hosting and browser-based participation for external engagement and remote collaboration.
The implementation emphasizes web-embedded access and in-browser join flows, consistent with Audio Video and Web Conferencing patterns, enabling core capabilities such as live video, screen sharing, participant controls, and meeting recording. Cisco Webex Meetings is presented on the site to reduce friction for external attendees and to centralize meeting entry through the web interface.
Operational coverage centers on the corporate web presence, where the application surface supports customer and partner conferencing scenarios and public-facing meeting access. The deployment model on the website suggests use of Webex tenancy configuration and web integration artifacts to manage meeting entry, authentication pathways, and media delivery for browser clients.
Governance and operational control are expected to follow standard Webex administration practices, including tenant-level meeting policy configuration and centralized user or guest access controls, to align web-embedded conferencing with corporate communication policies. Schüco Cisco Webex Meetings Audio Video and Web Conferencing therefore serves as the primary web-facing conferencing layer for customer and remote collaboration workflows.
