Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2016
In 2015, SCIEX implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as an ERP Financial platform to support its order to cash business flow. The engagement emphasized the O2C cycle and included setup and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials, specifically Fusion General Ledger, Fusion Payables, and Fusion Receivables, alongside order management, inventory, and warehouse capabilities. Work focused on configuration and orchestration of OM, INV, WSH, AR, and GL modules to align transactional workflows from order entry through inventory fulfillment, warehouse shipping, invoicing, and ledger posting. The cloud-delivered architecture centralized financial modules and master data, and project governance steered milestone completion within specified timeframes while enforcing compliance, quality, and functional acceptance across finance and operations teams responsible for receivables, payables, inventory control, warehouse operations, and financial close processes.

SAP Legacy SAP WalkMe Digital Adoption HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 SCIEX deployed SAP WalkMe on its public website to add in browser guidance for customer and partner digital workflows. SAP WalkMe is categorized as Digital Adoption and was implemented to surface contextual help, guided walkthroughs, and self service guidance within the web experience. Deployment is consistent with a website level implementation using the SAP WalkMe script to orchestrate on page walkthroughs, tooltips, and task lists via the WalkMe authoring console. Configuration likely included flow authoring, rule based targeting and analytics instrumentation to track user interactions and completion of guided tasks, capabilities that align with the Digital Adoption category. Operational ownership aligns with web experience and product content teams, with content governance managed through the WalkMe admin console and iterative updates to guidance flows. The implementation scope is the customer facing website, focused on product pages and support content, and governance appears to emphasize nontechnical authorship and continuous refinement of guidance assets.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Field Service Cloud (ex TOA ETAdirect) Field Service Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, SCIEX implemented Oracle Field Service Cloud (ex TOA ETAdirect) to support Field Service Management for a global field service workforce. The engagement targeted field operations across North America, with postproduction support management for the North America rollout, and program leadership for subsequent implementations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Japan and Asia Pacific. Oracle Field Service Cloud (ex TOA ETAdirect) was configured to orchestrate field service workflows and to provide scheduling, dispatch and work order lifecycle capabilities consistent with Field Service Management practices, while ServiceMax was deployed as the cloud based data entry user interface for Field Service Engineers. ServiceMax handled mobile and technician-facing transaction capture and field updates, while the Oracle Field Service Cloud delivered workforce optimization and dispatch orchestration. Integration architecture connected ServiceMax to the enterprise backend, with data from ServiceMax integrated into Oracle E Business Suite using Informatica as the middleware. The integration flow centralized technician-entered service transactions in ServiceMax, routed them through Informatica for transformation and reconciliation, and persisted transactional records in Oracle E Business Suite, maintaining an integrated link between field execution and enterprise finance and asset records. Governance for the engagement emphasized regional rollout coordination and postproduction support, with a clear operational scope spanning service engineering, dispatch operations and global service management. The program structure supported staged regional deployments and ongoing support ownership for North America while leading implementation and cutover activities across EMEA and JAPAC.
