In 2021 ScopeIT Education deployed Deputy Time and Attendance to manage multi-site rostering and time capture across its Australian education locations. Deputy Time and Attendance is used to allocate shifts, allow staff to view and swap shifts, sign in and out, submit leave requests, indicate availability, and export timesheets into payroll and accounting software each fortnight.
Deployment covers multiple locations including Ku-ring-gai, with staff sometimes assigned more than one shift per day and the ability to allocate multiple staff to multiple locations per day. The implementation leverages GPS location stamping to validate sign in and sign out at the correct site, and supports archiving site locations and hibernation of accounts to manage seasonal or pandemic-related reductions in activity. Operational workflows include roster creation and modification by management, staff-initiated shift swaps and availability updates, and fortnightly timesheet export for payroll processing.
Governance and operational controls center on time capture accuracy, location verification, and payroll handoff, with management retaining roster control while staff use self-service features for leave, availability and shift swaps. Users reported strong usability for both staff and management and described timesheet export into accounting software and the hibernation capability as invaluable for bookkeeping and cost management. The rollout also surfaced product improvement requests, specifically automatic note generation when staff modify shift times and an option to list staff by surname, which inform ongoing governance and change management discussions.

In 2019, ScopeIT Education implemented Wix.com for Web Content Management on its public website. Wix.com is employed as the institution's primary web content management platform to publish course information, program pages, and enrolment guidance, supporting marketing and student communications functions.
The deployment uses Wix.com's template driven site builder, visual page editor, media library, SEO configuration tools, and responsive design capabilities to manage content and layouts. Hosting and domain management are handled within the Wix.com platform, consolidating site publishing, SSL provisioning, and content delivery under a single vendor managed service. Content updates are executed via page templates and the platform's built in editor rather than custom backend modules.
Operational ownership is aligned to marketing and student services teams, who manage site updates, course pages, event postings, and contact forms through role based editor access. The implementation covers the Australia facing external site and is scoped for institutional communications and external enrolment information rather than internal enterprise systems.
