Users reported strong usability for both staff and management and described timesheet export into accounting software and the hibernation capability as invaluable for bookkeeping and cost management. The rollout also surfaced product improvement requests, specifically automatic note generation when staff modify shift times and an option to list staff by surname, which inform ongoing governance and change management discussions.
