The network integration connected consortium banks and third-party service providers through the Contour platform, moving the initiative from pilot phase toward company mode with a dedicated management team and consortium board representation. SEB Venture Capital participated in governance through board membership and investment oversight, reflecting institutional alignment between corporate venture and transaction services. Governance and rollout were organized as a consortium-governed product, with a new management team and board members from participant banks to operationalize the platform across jurisdictions starting with Singapore. The Contour implementation on R3 Corda Blockchain Platform drove explicit operational outcomes reported by participants, including reducing LoC cycle times from 5 to 10 days down to as little as 24 hours and materially lowering paper handling for exporters, importers, and banks.
