Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2013
In 2012, Sebela Pharmaceuticals implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment focused on centralized financial management for the corporate finance organization and multi-entity accounting, with Microsoft Dynamics GP configured to support consolidated reporting and intercompany transaction processing. The system supported month-end and year-end close processes, royalty billing and reporting, inventory schedules, and variance analysis used by accounting and consolidation functions. Process and governance workstreams included creation and implementation of balance sheet schedules for fixed assets, accruals and prepaids, standardized month-end review procedures, and role based security within Dynamics GP. The program designated a Senior Accountant and Microsoft Dynamics GP System Administrator as team lead for GP projects, responsible for user role setup, entity management, and maintenance of Management Reporter report groups.
