The enterprise reporting platform was connected to the internal data warehouse to serve cross functional reporting needs in clinical operations, human resources, and finance. Program governance centered on technical and project leads, with the technical lead responsible for EHR import architecture and a project lead managing Applicant Tracking software rollout, reflecting a mix of collaborative and independent development practices. Operational ownership emphasized application support for healthcare focused functionality and ongoing iteration of data solutions. The rollout produced enhanced functionality and data analysis capabilities for agency applications and included cultural measures to sustain adoption, notably the creation of a Victories Board to recognize team achievements and motivate staff.
