Integrations were implemented with SAP for invoice and payment process to drive invoice posting and payment orchestration, and operational financial connectivity to CITI Bank for corporate card processing and vendor payments. Supplier and fulfillment coordination occurred with CWT travel agency and airline partner KLM Airways, and the solution fed reporting and transaction detail to General Ledger and Audit teams for financial control and compliance.
Operational governance emphasized bridging Global and EMEA T&E policy management, structured onboarding and offboarding activities in Concur, weekly transaction and payment processing, and monthly reconciliation and payroll coordination cycles. Ongoing responsibilities included training new hires on ServiceNow T&E policy and the SAP Concur Travel tool, first line ticket support for travel and expense issues, and annual T&E business partner reviews with travel and financial vendors.
