Configuration emphasized AR aging and invoice lifecycle controls suitable for recurring customer follow-up and collections workflows.
Operational integration linked Xactimate for service estimates and MS Access for customer and client database management into the Quickbooks-driven billing process. Data exchange patterns were established to carry estimate outputs from Xactimate into invoice creation and to synchronize customer contact records from MS Access into Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise so billing and service teams shared a consistent customer view.
