In 2022, Sevita implemented Concord eSign Embed to centralize thousands of contracts across its United States healthcare operations. The November 2022 deployment delivered a searchable repository, unlimited e-signatures and streamlined approvals for vendor agreements, employment contracts, patient documentation and property leases.
Sevita configured Concord eSign Embed to operationalize core Digital Signing capabilities including full-text searchable contract storage, template management for recurring document types, embedded signing flows and configurable approval workflows. The implementation emphasized record metadata, role-based access controls and audit trail capture to support contract lifecycle tracking and compliance.
Operational scope included enterprise contract oversight across HR, procurement, clinical operations and facilities administration, consolidating documents that had previously been dispersed. The project centralized contract intake, approval routing and signature capture, enabling consistent governance and visibility for contracting stakeholders across regions in the United States.
Implementation workstreams focused on the November 2022 rollout of repository population, template creation and approval workflow configuration followed by phased user onboarding. The deployment delivered searchable Concord eSign Embed storage and unlimited electronic signature capacity, supporting improved contract oversight while governance and approval processes were standardized during rollout.
